Hi, I’m Stu.

I’m a writer, musician, and software engineer. I’ve been writing and recording music for twenty years, and I’ve been writing code for almost as long.

After years coding freelance, I decided to take on a full-time role at Array, where I helped build front- and back-end fintech systems for a variety of clients.

I’ve always been interested in the intersection of law and technology, and I’ve spent the last year working on projects that explore the ways in which technology can help us understand how the law is carried out.

Today, I’m the founder of LawVision, an early-stage nonprofit, where I’m working on building a new kind of legal research tool that’s designed to help deepen our understanding of the myriad factors that influence the law.
